All Hallows’ Eve is upon us and Help Pet Shelters is celebrating by hosting our first ever “Howl-o-ween” Costume Contest. Dust off your creative hat and get your pets in costume! You can dress your pet up solo or go for more of a matching ensemble (think: Chewbacca And Han Solo From Star Wars).
